When does my production timeframe begin?
Production begins after payment has been successfully captured & adetails and/or any required design approvals have been confirmed. An incomplete specification or pending approval can delay the start of production.
Does the estimate include shipping?
No. Production and shipping are separate. Carrier transit time begins after your jewelry has been completed, passed final inspection, and shipped.
Are production timeframes guaranteed?
No. The timeframes on this page are estimates. Handmade production, material availability, design complexity, requested changes, holidays, high demand, and quality-control work may affect completion.
What happens when I select more than one customization?
Each customization adds production work. Depending on the order in which the details must be completed, the additional days may be combined or the total timeframe may be extended further.
What if I need my jewelry by a specific date?
Please contact us before ordering. Our team can review the piece and requested options to determine whether the date may be possible. A requested date is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by Pochy Jewelry.
