How It Works

  1. Trade in your old gold → whether it’s a Pochy piece or gold you already own.

  2. We evaluate it by weight and purity → based on the current gold market price.

  3. Get full credit toward a new Cuban link chain or bracelet.

  4. Pay only the difference for your upgrade — no tricks, no shortcuts.

Why Upgrade With Pochy?

  • 100% Market Value Credit → We pay you the melt price of your gold and apply it to your new piece you only pay a minor labor fee.

  • Miami Craftsmanship → Every upgrade is handmade in-house with the same tight links, razor hang, and strong locks.

  • Custom Engraving → Keep your initials, logos, or engravings with every new lock.

  • No Limits → Trade up as many times as you want — bigger, heavier, stronger.

Terms & Conditions

Pochy Purchases:

    • If you upgrade within 12 months of delivery, no labor fee is charged.

    • After 12 months, a small labor fee applies for re-crafting.

Third-Party Gold:

    • We accept scrap gold, coins, bars, and jewelry from other stores.

    • All purities accepted — valued at melt price. 

    • Minor Labor Fee Charged only.

Minimum Weight Differences:

    • Chains: 60g+ (10K & 14K) / 70g+ (18K)

    • Bracelets: 40g+ (10K & 14K) / 50g+ (18K)

  • Exclusions: Custom Cuban links with diamond locks, dual-color, or tri-color may not qualify.

  • Discount codes, promotions, or sales cannot be combined with trade-in orders.

Shipping Your Trade-In

  • Once you accept our offer, we’ll email you a prepaid, insured FedEx shipping label.

  • After we verify purity & weight, we’ll confirm your credit and start production on your upgrade.

  • Standard production times apply (usually 1–2 weeks for handmade Cubans).

Pochy Jewelry was founded in 2018, but the roots go deeper — forged through over a decade of hands-on craftsmanship, cultural pride, and quiet reputation in the industry.

Rafael, known throughout the jewelry world as Pochy, began his journey more than 12 years ago after arriving from Cuba. He worked behind the scenes in some of Miami’s top Cuban link workshops, mastering the weight, symmetry, and polish that define real Cuban link quality. His skill and attention to detail quickly earned him something far more valuable than fame — the trust of other jewelers.
