RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Pochy Jewelry, most pieces are handcrafted with care and inspected for quality before shipping. Due to the custom nature and material value of our gold jewelry, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

***Special Condition for Klarna Payments

For purchases made through Klarna (Klarna Inc.), the customer has the right to request exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving the item. 

The jewelry must not have been used, must not show any damage or breakage, must not be missing any pieces, and must be in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and accessories.

There are no restocking fees for orders done through Klarna. However, Cancellations must be done prior to the Order Shipping out and Returns must not show any signs of wear. 

For all other payment methods, the regular conditions of our policy apply.


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (14-days if Paid through Klarna)

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order Cuban links, are final sale and not eligible for refund only exchange for different size/length of equal or greater value.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom Designed Cuban link chains or bracelets (custom length, karat, name, or design)

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Any worn or damaged items


SHIPPING YOUR EXCHANGE

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and insurance for your protection.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm your exchange.

STORE CREDIT (if applicable)

In select cases, store credit may be offered for future purchases if an exchange is not possible.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact info@pochyjewelry.com you have 24hrs to cancel from the time the order was placed after that There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Custom-Order items such as Cuban link Chains, Cuban Link Bracelets, Custom Pendants and other Customized items. And a 6% Restocking fee for regular orders. Sales are Final with no exceptions if the order was done with Metals (Gold, Silver Etc..) provided by the customer.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect against fraud and unauthorized returns, all exchanges are subject to verification. Pochy Jewelry reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy requirements.
