Cuban Link Jewelry is made to order and can have final weights that range up to 10 grams (+ or -). If the weight is greater than expected, an invoice for the difference will need to be paid before shipping. If the weight is lower, the customer will be reimbursed accordingly.

At Pochy Jewelry, most pieces are handcrafted with care and inspected for quality before shipping. Due to the custom nature and material value of our gold jewelry, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery (14-days if Paid through Klarna)
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order Cuban links, are final sale and not eligible for refund only exchange for different size/length of equal or greater value.

To request a cancellation, please contact info@pochyjewelry.com.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 3% payment-processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund because payment-processing fees are not returned to us by the processor.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will only incur the 3% payment-processing fee. After 24 hours, the following additional cancellation fees apply:
- Custom orders: A 20% cancellation fee applies to Cuban link chains, Cuban link bracelets, custom pendants, and other personalized or made-to-order items.
- Regular orders: A 6% cancellation fee applies.
Orders made using gold, silver, or other metals supplied by the customer are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
